All papers submitted and accepted for the 12th International Symposium on Field Monitoring in Geomechanics (ISFMG 2026) will be included in the Springer Proceedings once successful registration is completed. It is mandatory for at least one author of each accepted paper to register for the conference to ensure inclusion in the proceedings. Participants are strongly advised to complete registration at the earliest to facilitate timely acceptance and publication.

Should you require an invitation letter to support your application for a Indian Visa, please email us at convener@isfmg2026.com. In order to comply with Indian Immigration rules, invitation letters will only be provided to registered attendees who have paid for the Conference.
Accommodation facilities are available both within the IIT Indore campus and in nearby areas to suit different categories of participants.
Limited rooms available for invited speakers, session chairs, and distinguished delegates. Well-furnished with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and dining facilities.
Basic rooms and student hostels within campus allocated to student participants and early registrants. Comfortable lodging within walking distance from conference venue.
Several good-quality hotels and serviced apartments within 5–10 km radius, offering options ranging from budget to premium categories.
Accommodation booking will open closer to the conference dates. Participants will receive a detailed list of recommended options with tariffs and contact details via email. The organizing committee will assist all registered delegates in arranging suitable accommodation based on preference and availability.
