Full Paper Submission Guidelines
All submitted papers must include a title, the names and affiliations of all authors, and clearly indicate the corresponding author. The manuscript should begin with an abstract of 200 to 300 words, followed by the main content structured into Introduction, Main Body, Conclusions, and, where applicable, References, Figures, and Tables.
The total length of the paper must not exceed seven (7) pages, including all figures, tables, and references. A typical full-length paper, based on the submission guidelines and the full seven pages, will contain approximately 3,000 words. To facilitate clear presentation of field monitoring data and results, a single-column format has been adopted, allowing for larger, full-width figures and graphs.
Formatting Requirements
- Font: Calibri, 10-point
- Line Spacing: Single
- Paragraph Spacing: 6-point space after each paragraph
- Alignment: Justified
- Paper Size: A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm)
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
Referencing must follow the Harvard style. Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to their first citation in the text, must be clearly titled, and must be explicitly referenced within the manuscript.
Please note that strict adherence to formatting and length guidelines is mandatory. Prior to submission, authors are strongly advised to thoroughly proofread their manuscripts for typographical, grammatical, and formatting errors.
Paper Review
Each paper will undergo peer review by the ISFMG 2026 Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will be published electronically and made available to all participants during the symposium. Authors of the accepted papers are expected to register and attend the symposium.
